Super scorchio times getting the best scrambling out of Blencathra today. Helen got in touch and was keen to revisit Sharp Edge after a 20 year gap. The weather couldn't have been better for such a day and we ascended both Halls Fell Ridge and Sharp Edge. Our descent was via Blease Fell, down which we enjoyed some great views across all of the Lake District. Helen said a number of times that she wouldn't have even contemplated such a day without the assistance of a guide and so it's been great to provide her with yet another memorable day on this ace mountain.
