On a happier Helvellyn oriented note, Ed was out guiding Trish and Louise across Striding Edge today and onto Helvellyn. They all had a spectacular day on the edge in the sunshine and descended via Keppel Cove in order to enjoy the awesome 360 degree views the ridgeline offers. A few hours rest for the LMG team now before a number of us head back to Helvellyn to host 70 fundraisers for St Mary's Hospice as they climb it for sunrise.
