Soggy Scafell Pike once more! Today myself, John, James, Coralie, Carol and Fliss had the task of guiding 54 parents and children up Scafell Pike from Wasdale. Such a task is always going to be challenging, but the low cloud, drizzly rain and high rivers made life particularly taxing for the guiding team. With that said we safely executed the plan and all but a few reached the summit! The group were raising money for Manchester Children's Hospital and had raised in excess of £10k! A valiant effort by all today and a huge thanks to the guiding squad for doing a damn fine job all day! #LivefortheNow
