A fab day out with returning hiker, Binny. Binny lives in South Africa and is actually a guide on the mountains around Cape Town. We first met a couple of years back when I led her and some of her family on Striding Edge and it was a real pleasure to share with her one of my favourite walks today, The Coledale Horseshoe. Naturally due to her job as a guide Binny was pretty fit and at ease on mountain paths and so we cruised around the route taking in a total of 7 peaks along the way. A great few hours of chatting about everything and everything, some of which got me all nostalgic about my own time living in South Africa. Thanks, Binny! #LivefortheNow
