Oooo, Cheeky! Over 3 days Ady is out guiding a group of 5 chaps across the Welsh 3000's. A total of 15 peaks and roughly 30 miles. The challenge is often undertaken within 24 hours however it can also be made more enjoyable by breaking it into the three distinct sections that form the route. Today they started with Snowdon and Crib Goch before tomorrow heading into the Glyderau. #LivefortheNow
