Yesterday I left the walking boots in the van and donned the fell shoes as I was asked to provide some safety cover on a @georgefisheruk running event. I had the pleasure of working alongside local ultra running legend Dave Troman as he delivered a recce of the first two sections of the Abraham's Tea Round. The group was made up of keen runners and were a real pleasure to spend the day on the hill with. Dave leaked running secrets and knowledge throughout and the day was rounded off well with a quick pub lunch.
