A great day running a navigation training course for some of our Winter skills clients who opted to join us for a mountain adventure despite the lack of snow. We used our awesome training circuit behind Haystacks and steadily increased the skills and difficulty as the day progressed. We covered all sorts from using handrails and catchment features right through to performing bearings across open terrain and contour interpretation. Tomorrow we have our scrambling skills day and with a dry forecast for tomorrow we're heading for Blencathra and Sharp Edge. #LivefortheNow
