An awesome day out with fellow Allonby resident Sue on an Intro to Mountain Navigation training course. We ventured into Grange Fell to cover the basics, from map symbols and map orientation to tactics and bearings. The weather turned out to be great and when we didn't have our head in the maps we were admiring the beauty of Borrowdale.
