Scafell Pike Saturday Part 3.
After finishing my day with Hari and Rachel on the Wasdale route I had a pootle around the valley and enjoyed watching the amazing evening light fade on the fells of Wasdale.
At 9.30pm I met this fun group of 10 who had called upon us to help them on the night leg of their National 3 Peaks Challenge. The evening was beautifully clear for the most part and we took the time on multiple occasions to turn off all our lights and admire the stars.
The group did very well and got up and down in 4 hours which is bang on schedule for this peak on this challenge. Well done all.
