Mountain 1 of 3 with us for 3 Peaks cycle Challenge team Gary, Mike, Ciaran and Robert. Today they were led by Ady up Snowdon via the Pyg track. They enjoyed a sunny day with a cool breeze and completed the route up and down in just 4.5 hours.
They will have got on their bikes after this and will head north, and will then spend all day tomorrow cyling to the Lake District where we will head up Scafell Pike from Langdale.
