As you will have seen last night I was out with some trainee leaders on a night nav workshop who have been accepted onto our development scheme for 2018. This year for the first year we're not only helping leaders based in or near the Lake District but we also have a Snowdonia based scheme being led by Ady.
Today Ady hosted the first workshop for Jan and Mags who are two of the six members of the Snowdonia scheme. They spent the day chatting about all things mountain leader and navigating around the mighty Moel Siabod.
