Our final course of the week to bring a close to a busy and very fun 5 days. The Lakes turbo-thaw has kicked in so we had to head as high as possible on today's one day intro to winter skills course. We headed into Red Tarn Cove and unfortunately due to strong unpredictable gusts we opted not to summit Helvellyn. A great few hours however covering the basics with Emma, Pete and Jennie. Now a few days rest before we head to the Cairngorms at the weekend to run a private Camping and Winter Skills Course. #liveforthenow
